Thank you for your confirmation of participation in the upcoming ASIFMA Conference - Accessing India’s Capital Markets, on Thursday 22 February 2018 at the premises of NSE in Mumbai. Below please find some useful information to help you prepare for the conference.
Program and Participants
The program will officially start at 10am. Check-in counter for registrants with light breakfast will start at 9.30am. Attached please find the updated Program with Speaker Biographies and List of Participating Firms for your reference.
Collect Your Admission Badge
For all admission badges – Speakers and Delegates, please check in on-site with your business card at the RECEPTION DESK of the conference venue: Dr. R. H. Patil Auditorium, National Stock Exchange, BKC, Mumbai.
You must keep and wear your admission badge at all times during the conference. No additional badge will be provided.
Coffee Breaks and Lunch
Coffee breaks and buffet lunch will be provided to our conference participants according to the Program.
This event is open to the media, except Panel 4 where the Chatham House Rule will apply. For media inquiry, please contact Corliss Ruggles, ASIFMA’s Head of Communications, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
This conference will be filmed and NSE/ASIFMA may make a video link for replay (except Panel 4) available after conference for our relevant advocacy initiatives.
There is a possibility that ASIFMA will take photos at the conference. The photos may be used by ASIFMA for promotional purposes of our events and related business initiatives.

The pre-registration will be closed by Thu 15 Feb 2018. After that, all new interested participants will be treated as walk-in guests and admission is subject to availability.

Attendance Proof & CE Credit Hours
Upon request after the conference, ASIFMA will provide a Proof of Attendance Letter for you to apply for relevant training hours according to your own job requirement.
CFA Members can apply for 2.5 CE Credit Hours at this conference via CFA Society by signing in and signing out on the CFA Attendance Sheet at the reception desk onsite.

Around one week after the conference, ASIFMA will circulate the final program, attendee list, photo link, as well as presentation slides approved by the speakers - if any, to all conference attendees via email.
