We
enclose the copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association,
the copy of Certificate of Registration issued by RBI, and
copy of the resolution passed by the Board
of Directors for seeking admission to membership of FIMMDA.
On admission as a Member,
we agree to :
a.
abide by the Memorandum and Articles of Association of
FIMMDA as also all Rules, Regulations, Bye-laws, Codes
of Conduct and Codes of Practice of the Company whether
existing and whenever modified/amended in good faith;
b.
to observe and abide by the decisions and recommendations
of the FIMMDA;
c.
to treat as confidential all circulars, documents and
other materials issued or supplied by FIMMDA;
d.
to subscribe to promote and further the objects and purposes
of the FIMMDA;
e.
to pay the prescribed fees as specified in the Articles
of Association.
As stated in clause VIII of Memorandum
of Association of FIMMDA, we undertake to contribute an
amount not more than Rupees One Thousand, in
the event of FIMMDA being wound up for payment of debts
and liabilities of FIMMDA.
We
certify that the particulars given in this application,
including all documents attached hereto, are true and complete
in every respect.
We
understand that in the event that false or misleading information
is given or in case material facts are omitted from this
application, admission to membership of the Association
will be denied. If admission has been granted, such false
information or omission of material facts will be grounds
for suspension or expulsion.
